Victor, a research scientist, dedicated 15 years to studying endocrine disruptors (EDs) and their link to breast cancer. Shocked by the presence of EDs in everyday products, especially products intended for children, he developed Redify to help consumers, especially parents, identify and avoid products with toxic ingredients. “No need to keep guessing whether those unpronounceable ingredients pose health risks to our children”, he often says. Under Victor’s leadership, Redify won first place in Florida International University/Miami Herald Startup Challenge and was accepted to participate in Boomtown Accelerator Program, in Atlanta Georgia.
Julian's comprehensive background in data analytics and financial acumen makes him tailor-made to be Redify's COO. He was also Victor’s student and a true believer in Redify’s goal of consumer empowerment and healthier choices. His ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision-making and his experience managing complex systems and leading diverse teams make him a transformative leader.
Lizi is a highly skilled IT professional with a versatile background in IT project management and marketing. With her educational background in computer science and an MBA degree, Lizi is proficient in project planning and execution which has led to successful product launches and brand positioning. Lizi’s strong analytical skills and ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies have consistently yielded exceptional results.
Lasha, a skilled data scientist for several companies across the world, built and managed Redify’s comprehensive database from the ground up. Though he met Victor on a gig platform, they worked so well together and he believed in Redify’s mission that Victor offered that he join Team Redify. Through Lasha’s dedication, Redify now boasts an extensive database encompassing over 10 million consumer products with 21 essential attributes.
Farrukh, an accomplished data analyst, is fueled by a personal connection to Redify’s mission. Having witnessed the detrimental effects of harmful ingredients on the health of his loved one, he joined Team Redify to make sure that consumers are empowered with the ability to avoid toxic products and avoid the faith of his sister. Farrukh played a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable intelligence at Redify. Through his exceptional analytical skills and collaborative mindset, he is guiding Redify to reach it full potential.
